How can we view upload statistics per user?

We have recently joined Box & are migrating our data from Google Drive & Dropbox to Box. We were initially unaware of the Fair Use Policy & had our account restricted for exceeding 1TB/user/month while uploading files.

How can we monitor how much upload bandwidth each user has used per month so that we do not exceed the FUP in future? Obviously Box have the means to do this but we want to ensure that none of our users trigger restrictions for all users.
