I can't verify my email

I just signed up for Box and when I clicked Verify your email for the second time, I got this message. 

  • This email confirmation link has expired

  • The link you clicked to confirm your email has expired. If you wouldn't mind: Please contact your account administrator and request them to resend the email confirmation of the account you are trying to access.

Can you help me?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    When I checked on your Box account it shows you have successfully confirmed your email. However, if you haven't finished setting up your account yet. Please generate a new link here.
