I have verified the email multiple times within seconds of receiving it and each time it says email link expired. I read that this has happened to many others.

  I've checked your Box acccount and your email is already verified. However, if you need a brand new verification email link to setup your Box log in. Kindly generate a new one here.

  I am looking for the process to verify users' email addresses as well as mine. 

  However I have not been able to find the process.

  Can you please help?

   

  Also note that users are being authenticated through OKTA

  Please consider this message as extremely urgent
