Box file ownership transfer after termination

I have an user who is terminated. User had few folder ownerships. I need to transfer the folders to one user and transfer the ownership of one particular folder to another user.

    Hi Athira, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    Since your managed user is no longer part of your Organization. Please go ahead and permanently delete your managed user. Doing so will delete the user's Box account and transfer his/her contents to your selected user. 

    Upon checking, your Co-Admin permissions are quite limited at this time. Please contact your primary admin to accomplish this.

    Could you please checka nd say which all permissions I'am lacking so that i can inform my Admin.
