Box Status

Suddenly I have no access to the Box link.

Perhaps I am the owner of that Box folder.
Yesterday afternoon, I suddenly lost access to it. Other users cannot access it as well.
The access history is also not displayed.
The owner is not terminated and there is no evidence of deletion to the trash.
What else could be the reason ?

    I have found the cause of this problem.
