Why can't I buy the Box Business Plus unlimited space feature? Unable to pay for the order account. The account is [information redacted]. Your account requires further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com. I need help from customer service to buy urgently. Thank you. I’m sorry. I don’t know why.
