Wrong collaborator name appearing

Hello,

When a collaborator is publishing something on box and when we go to version history we see that her post is under the name of someone else and not her name. The name of the collaborator that is mentioned has been removed from the collaborators of that box. How does it come that her name is still appearing? How can we change that? thanks
