Cannot follow an invitation to a folder

I DO have a Box account. Yet, when my brother sent me an invitation to a folder with some pictures in it, I got ONLY the option to set up a new account. After a playing around with all available options, I somehow (do not recall, HOW) succeeded in having that folder placed among the files in MY account. Yet, when I viewed the pictures my brother sent me, I "downloaded" only one file - thinking I could go back to that folder later. But that is apparently not the case. I can seen the ONE file I downloaded. Everything else seems to have evaporated / disappeared is seems to be not visible / assessible any longer. If this is the way it is supposed to be working, Box is a very risky and unpractical business.

    Since the missing folder was shared, you can reach out to the user who invited you to this folder. Have him to resend his invitation to collaborate.
