Impossible to see the menu App Center Box developer

Hello, i cannot see the menu app center and approval option for my apps in Box developper... I tried to connect my SAAS to Box, but i am tuck i cannot get the ID enterprise because the menu for approval not appear i tried since many days.

 

How can i solve that please ? Thanks
