Folder deleted by other User-I'm not the folder owner

Hello,

A folder containing lots of other folders was deleted by another user and I don't know who it was. I also don't know who the original folder owner was to get them to restore it. 

It was called 'Scripted Content Marketing (Contains WIP, unapproved assets)'

How do I get this back?
