"Storage Used" figure incorrect - request to run correction script

Hello Support,
May I request that the correction script is run again on my account? I've just done some serious housekeeping with lots of file deletes, but the storage used count remains too high.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
