Box API calls failing with Cert Error

Calls to BOX API's are failing with Certificate validation failure. These calls are being made from oracle DB by installing the cert. This has been working for more than 1 yr and not anymore

Checked the following URL in chrome browser https://api.box.com/ and it is showing "not secure" 

Anyone faced similar issue ?
