Box Login on Desktop Not Recognizing MFA code

I've been trying to log in to box drive (Windows 10 64bit) on a new device and I keep receiving an error code that says "That was the wrong code. Please try again."
I've tried both authenticator apps tied to my account and neither have worked. Is there a fix for this situation?
