Box Tools will not stay active on PC - requires repeated install/repair.

Box works fine most days, but every 2-3 days, usually after PC cold boot, Box Tools Installer has to repair my access.  It is a nuisance and causes embarrassing delays with clients when trying to share files.  The Box error message is "use Tools Installer to open and edit this file on your desktop".  It works again in minutes after a Box Tools Installer download followed by the Box "repair" process.

I see a similar post 1 year ago but no resolution.  I also run Windows 11 and sounds like a Box support person named France opened a ticket.  What was the result???
