I uploaded tons of files over the last few days and now ALL MY FILES are missing.   Can you help restore them or tell me what I am doing wrong to access.  I've used Box.com for years.  Please help me.  I have many personal and work files and folders and ALL OF THEM ARE MISSING as of this morning.  I hope you can restore them or give me some idea what to do.  Thanks

    I rec'd a response from a MIKA but none of his questions help me.  Can Box.com find my correct account "not Enterprise for Scott Cavaness" with all my files?  Something happened in the last 24 hrs and now I am finding nothing.  I used Box.com to save and have a secure cloud website for my files/folders and now this happens.  I hope someone can help me.  Thanks
