Box Status

non existent support?

Is there any real box support?  I tried to install box drive and keep getting a "windows needs to restart error"  I search the forum, it looks like there are many similar posts unanswered. Looks like the support is non-existent.  The message asks to send the logs and open a ticket. No way to do it.  Do I give up?

    Regarding your attempt to install Box Drive, did you used this link to install the Box application? 

    Also, can we confirm your Operating System and get a screenshot of your error?
