Cannot reset MFA

I got a new phone and had MFA setup. I was somehow able to login but now when I try to remove or reset the MFA in my account settings, it doesn't stick. Every time refresh the page my changes don't save. When I try to add SMS / email MFA it gives me an error.

    Seems that you will need the help of Product Support to disable your MFA. Let me create a new case and a member of our team will be in touch, please keep an eye out.
