Google SSO and strong password requirement

Another user shared 2 folders and invited me, i logged in with my personal gmail account and it says it requires strong password. So when i go to update its saying wrong current password ( since i am using google SSO thats the one i am inputting). So i dont what to do next step, i appreciate any help. thanks
