Can't access my company account

Box Support, I hoping for you help on an issue:

I am unable to login to my company account despite confirming with my admin that I am indeed listed as a user. I am only able to access a personal account and can't do work required for my job. Can you help?

    Seems that you'll need assistance from Product Support regarding your log in error. Let me create a new case and a member of our team will be in touch, please keep an eye out.
