Not Receiving Box Confirmation Email

Hello. I am an admin for the Forum Financial Management Box account and want to know if data redacted is currently on your "blocked" or “email suppression” list. This is a new employee's email address and she indicates that she is not receiving the reset password email when I trigger it for her.
