Box Status

Document is blank and there is no version history

I have been working on a word document in box for a few days now but when I went to open it today, it was completely blank. There is no file history or anything just the date it was created. Somehow the version history got deleted and it doesn't exist anywhere now in my box account.

    Looks like you only have shared files in your account and to ensure your access to the file's version history. Please contact the file owner.
