How to delete my account

I no longer want to use box as I am retired and don't need the service. I have followed the directions in the HELP section and gone to account settings but DO NOT FIND ANYWHERE an option to Permanently Delete Account. HELP!

    Hi- I wrote to "cancel@box.com" and they said I have to do it online. However I also cannot find where to "permanently delete account". Its very upsetting!
