Changed / lost phone numbers - 2MFA login issue

Hi, 
2 colleagues of me from organization lost / changed their phone number and cannot login due to 2MFA. Who they may contact to solve this issue? If I am not mistaken they are not even able to post here because they need to be logged to create post here?
