File download gets stuck on "Your download is in progress"
I'm trying to download this file https://app.box.com/s/dbs9marqeshmrgalujv7 but it keeps getting stuck.
And I've already tried all the methods on the common download issue solutions page already, but nothing is working.
Help please??????

same problem here.. i tried with many different computers and connections, as well as clearing cache cookies and so on... I do not get the point of using this service at all since it simply does not work for the one task: to download the files. Also we do not get any type of error log /message.. this is not correct for users.
