Getting error as-'undefined' on adding Managed Users

Hi,

When I am trying to add Managed users, via the admin console I am getting this error-Undefined when adding users in the Managed User section.

This is the format of the error I am getting in users_with_error.csv file

Name, Email, Error
username, user email address, undefined
