Box Status

Trial account is ending today (2/15) but my credit card got charged.

Hi, 

My box account (was in trial period until end of day today) got billed and my credit card got charged. I have cancelled it now and changed the account type to free plan. Can you please refund the amount as the account was deactivated before the trial period ended?
