comments are not showing up

We work in a team on a shared file. Since (around) the beginning of this year all the comments do not show up. All the users (using different computers) have the same problem. 

Changing browsers, online or in the app, it stays all the same. We do not see the comments anymore. 

Hopefully you can help us
