Cannot Add Box Shuttle

Hi,

 

We are new to Box and happy we find you. NGO here.

Trying to Add Box Shuttle but after I press Add it gives this message and stay like this for hours. Yes, I have waited. And Tried three times in different days already.

I am on Firefox / Ubuntu.

We need to migrate out stuff from G Drive (YEY!) and cannot :/

Please advice and thank you

    We currently don't offer Box Shuttle in your account tariff. To utilize this, please contact our Sales team through box.com/pricing.

    What if you have NGO status and are on an 'Enterprise Plus Plan' where clearly states the Box Shuttle product is included as outlined the Feature Matrix?
