Collaborator invited receives multiple emails reminding them they are invited

Sent a folder invite to a potential collaborator.  They do not want to join and are receiving constant reminder invite emails. Multiple in a day.  There is no opt out for this in their emails.

Email subject is: Reminder: XX has invited you to collaborate on Box

 XX invited you to collaborate on:

 

Folder name is here (I removed it)
 

Reminder: XX is waiting for your reply.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    You can advise your invitee to reject this invitation using these instructions. 

    To reject a pending invitation:

    1. In the left menu of your Box account window, click All Files.
    2. In the pending invitations panel under ACTION REQUIRED, hover on the name of a file or folder.
    3. To see details about the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select View Details.
    4. To decline the invitation, click the ellipses, "...", and select Decline All.
