Help! System Doesn't Allow Me In!

I'm brand new with this BOX system -- was allowed to review files when I first signed-in (two days ago).  Today, the system has allowed me to sign-in but doesn't allow me to get to the list of files (that someone else entered).  Starting to not like this BOX system!

    Are you having trouble finding your Box files/folders in box.com? If so, can you confirm if you're accessing them via shared link  or were you invited as a collaborator?
