can't upload file and can't find collaborator's name

Hello, there !

I'm in charge of IT relationship. One of my colleagues has registered BOX system propely and could upload the excel file at the end of last year.

However, now she can not upload any files, she can only see folders.

Besides, I was looking for her name on collaborator's list, but her name was not appreared.

Could you tell me how to slove it ? I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
