Adobe Acrobat for Box suddenly not letting me edit

Hi all, I use Box for work and have to annotate files using Adobe Acrobat for Box. Normally it's no problem, but today I can open the file in Adobe Acrobat for Box but if I try to add any marks, the file goes blank, and doesn't return, even if I refresh the page. Does anyone know what may have changed today 3/20/2024 vs yesterday?
