I have not been able to log in because the text message did not reach the mobile phone I used for two-factor authentication. I'm posting with a different account.

    Your Enterprise have a designated team that works with Box directly. Please get in touch with your internal helpdesk team for support.

    The target Box account is not an internal account. My internal help desk team asked me to contact BOX Support.
