Can't find a file anywhere

I used and modified the file several times this morning and then it just disappeared. 

 

I've searched trash, recent and all folders. It is no where to be found. Please help,

    Can we confirm the following information regarding the files you've edited? 

    • What functionality did you used to edit your files? Did you used box.com or through your local Box folder? 
    • Did you saw them got successfully uploaded in box.com? 

    Also, if it's a shared files please contact the file owner. 

    We'd love to further assist!

    Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to find a HLSF.csv file. Its a file that was being used by one of my employees and he is now no longer with the company and my IT department is staying to contact Box to help me retrieve it. Is there a way you can PLEASE help me.
