My Activies - Unverified email - incorrect email captured

I am unable to update my email address to be able to view 'My Activities'.
This is on the Box Support page.
Please see the attached screenshots. An incorrect email is captured. I don't have access to [personal information–redacted]
Is this something you can fix?
