Account storage usage or file count is wrong. can you fix it?

As the title says, my account says it's almost full , but it's not! I've deleted a bunch of Files , but space was never reclaimed! I'm using aroud 40 Gb out of 50 Gb but count says i'm using 47,9..

 

Can you run the script wich fix it?
