Files have disappeared - Urgent Help Needed

Dear Support Team 

All of our folders in Box have disappeared. They have not gone into the trash, no admin access has been removed and we have not done anything besides log onto the platform when these files disappeared. Please help.

    Can you specify where your folders have disappeared? Is it through box.com or your local Box folder? 

    We'd love to further assist!
