Can't received any email from Box

Our company is using Box with hundreds of users (both managed and collaborators) but there are two accounts with the following email that couldn't receive any email from Box, no matter shared folder invitations or password reset emails. I already made sure there was no email restriction on our side. Please help us with this problem:
