MacOS Sonoma 14.4-can't open the files in the box drive

I can open the box drive, but I can't open any file in the box, including pdf, excel, ppt, word, subfolder, and so on. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the box drive. while it still doesn't work. Also, the box can't be found in the finder.
