API download timeout (Request timed out)

Hello

Getting exception

"Request timed out" yesterday and today on all files attempting to download

using Box C# client

var stream = await client.FilesManager.DownloadAsync(BoxID);

Integration has been in place since 2020

Can access Box.com UI fine and download files too.
