Is it possible to restore folders

Is it possible to restore folders that were accidentally deleted by children and are very important for work on 21/3 and are not in the recycle bin and occupy a place of the total space..And thank you very much .

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    You can only restore deleted folders from box.com through your trash. 

    To restore deleted files or folders, here are the steps. 

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis (…) displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
    • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.
