Hello, I have a user who has been unable to access her Box.com account. She's able to authenticate with her password but unable to complete MFA. She doesn't have the backup codes either. How do I set her account to re-require MFA registration?

    In order to address the user's issue, you can have her to contact Box Product Support by creating a new ticket. Rest assured that a member of our team will get in touch shortly.

    The link you shared does not have a create new ticket link. It only has Box Community.
