Notifications are only coming from the Owner on our account

My organization has multiple ForeFlight users using Apple iPad tablets and we use Box to sync files.  I get an email from box saying the owner has synched a file each time any of our ForeFlight Users sync files.  This email comes even when the owner is offline and other users are the ones doing the syncing.  Why is this?    Thanks.

    • What method are you using to sync your files on Box? 
    • Can you send a screenshot of the sync notification(s) you're receiving?
