MFA Reset needed

I have a user who needs to reset their MFA app.  I allowed the user to bypass MFA in order to get in to Box and then I reenabled it.  I was hoping this would force him to reestablish MFA in the app, but the app is still assuming he’s set up and he can’t get in.

How do I set it so that he will be asked to set up MFA again?
