means to submit a request

I have business plus account. I need to update my billing info, but the only means provided for me "Contact Support" is through "Box Community". I know there are other means such as Live Chat, Submit a Case, View Cases, yet none is provided when I need to reach out to the support team.

    Apologies for your trouble and our team have already fixed this. You should be able to create a new case here.
