Hello Box Team,

We are looking for a possibility to bulkdownlad a folder from box account with enabled MFA. Is this possible with filezila? what are the requirements to connect?

    Hi Slavi, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Using an authenticator app is not supported for FTP access to Box for non-SSO (single sign-on) customers. If you enable 2FA and want to access Box via FTP, you must use SMS for 2FA.

    If you have additional questions, please create a new case and work with Product Support.
