Even though it's a trial, I've already been charged. why? If there is a charge, please cancel immediately.

  I canceled my trial way back in the first week of September and I was still charged $60. Please refund asap

  PS. as you can see, I never used your services and have no idea WHY my trial was not canceled as requested the first week of September  2024
