Full quota appears as used even after deleting a big quantity of files and removing them from trash

    I have learned that this is a common problem and thet it is solved by running a quote reset script. Could you run such script for me? Thanks in advance.

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
