Problems with 2 factor authentication

I have an external user that has access to certain folders within my organization. He has recently tried to access box from his tablet and was prompted to setup 2 factor authentication. However now he is unable to log in on either device. Is there a way to reset 2 factor auth so he can access box on both devices?
