Not able to restore files from Trash

I have 10 GB storage for free account. I do not have any files in my folder but I am trying to recover a folder from Trash I get an error that I don't have enough space. I also see that the space is showing is 8.1GB out of 10GB even though I have no files in the main folder and trash is not counted towards the 10GB quota. Please help to clean up the cache and recover my deleted folder before it gets permanently deleted

    Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.

    In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
